TRCS: 9411
Remote Telemetry Unit


The TRCS:9411 Remote Telemetry Unit is the effective solution for interfacing
your PC to remote systems. Whether you're scanning a constant data stream for
specific information, controlling an irrigation system or an oil rig, the
TRCS:9411 is ready to connect and easy to configure.
Interface up to 24 digital inputs and outputs and 8 analog inputs to RS232/422
serial communications lines or the integral radio modem. You can use the
configuration menu to change setup parameters stored in non-volatile memory.
Plus, the 9411 comes with full SCADA software based on Microsoft Access.
You have an important system and you need to know right away if it stops
running. Using the built-in watchdog function the 9411 can report remote system
faults to your PC in real time. Alternatively, you can use the 9411 to monitor
a PC application and signal faults using the digital outputs. If you want more
detailed status you can configure the 9411 to translate combinations of digital
outputs into your own ASCII strings. Display the messages on the built-in LCD,
send them to a terminal or both. If you have several systems to monitor, 9411's
can be interconnected to provide a digital control network.
